Technical SEO · Content · Measurement

SEO that starts with the pages your customers need.

Make your offer easier to find and understand. We review the website, strengthen useful content and connect SEO work to the enquiries and actions that matter to your business.

The starting point

One useful page for a topic. A clear route through the site.

SEO decisions begin with the existing website and search demand. We identify the page that should answer each important topic, review overlap between pages and improve the links between services, articles and projects. Useful content and a workable site structure guide the plan.

An audit and a prioritised plan

For a website that needs a technical diagnosis: indexability, architecture, duplicate content, competing pages, performance and structured data, followed by an implementation plan.

Ongoing or local SEO

Regular technical work, content development, linking and reporting. For location-based services, the scope can include consistent business details, local service pages and the Business Profile.

The agreed work

The foundations, the content and the next decision

  1. Technical foundations

Indexability, redirects, canonical versions, the sitemap, performance and technical errors that affect important pages.

  2. Content and search intent

Service pages and articles that answer real customer questions, with improvements to existing material where that is the better fit.

  3. Site connections and local presence

Internal links between relevant pages and, where agreed, external and local work connected to the business’s actual area of activity.

  4. Reporting and priorities

Completed changes, visibility, traffic and useful actions, with the issues needing a decision and the proposed work for the next period.

We agree the work and the reporting, rather than promising a ranking or a fixed date for results. URL changes require a review of traffic, links and existing visibility, with a checked redirect map. Larger development tasks are quoted separately.

From conversation to delivery

Three stages. A clear next step.

  1. Review the starting point

We discuss your offer and market, then examine the site, available analytics, content, links and migration risks.

  2. Prioritise and implement

We order technical and content work by its purpose and the resources available, with an agreed implementation scope.

  3. Measure and refine

We report completed work and the available results, then use those findings to choose the next priorities.

Search structure in practice

A practical example on our own website.

On Testin’s website, we organised guides into four knowledge areas and connected articles to relevant services. The guides are reachable through the blog, with stable addresses for each topic. The effect on traffic and enquiries requires subsequent measurement.

Questions worth asking.

Still have a question? Tell us about your situation.

Ask our team
What do you need to discuss an SEO scope?

Start with the website address, your main services or products and the market or locations you serve. Explain whether the priority is local enquiries, online sales or reaching customers more broadly. Existing analytics can help once access is agreed.

How quickly will SEO produce results?

It depends on the site’s condition, competition, domain history and the work implemented. After the audit, we can set realistic stages. A specific position or result date cannot be responsibly guaranteed.

Do we need a new page for every keyword?

We first review the existing pages and whether several of them compete for the same search need. Strengthening a relevant page and improving its links may be more useful than creating many similar URLs.

Does the SEO agreement include website changes?

The proposal defines the implementation work. Smaller changes may be included; larger programming tasks are quoted separately before work begins. Reporting covers completed actions, the important data, decisions needed and the recommended next step.
