WordPress websites with a clear purpose.

Give your business a website that looks like your brand, explains your offer and makes the next step easy. We plan, design and build WordPress websites with a structure your visitors can follow and content your team can manage.

JSystem website project
JSystem · Website projectA service website, with the offer and route to contact in focus.

The starting point

The right structure comes before the first screen.

A compact company website and a larger service platform need different decisions. We start with your audience, the offer they need to understand and the action you want them to take. Then we agree the pages, content, functionality and responsibilities.

A focused company website

A proven layout adapted to your brand: up to five main pages, one language, a contact form, mobile layouts, technical SEO basics and training. A useful starting point when your offer is already well defined.

An individual design

For a website that needs its own information architecture, key UX/UI views, custom components or integrations. Content preparation or migration, testing and handover documentation are defined in the proposal.

The agreed work

What we define and deliver

  1. Structure and key views

A page map, content types and the layouts that need individual design. Your offer and visitor journeys guide the decisions.

  2. Brand and content

Typography, colour and visual direction, with a clear list of the text, photographs and brand materials needed for each stage.

  3. WordPress implementation

Responsive pages, agreed functions and integrations, and the content areas your team needs to edit.

  4. Testing and handover

Checks across devices, forms, accessibility and indexability, followed by publication, agreed access and training.

The proposal separates the website build from licence renewals, extra integrations, content production and ongoing SEO or maintenance. Review rounds and the launch plan are agreed before work begins.

From conversation to delivery

Three stages. A clear next step.

  1. Understand and plan

Share your business, audience and priorities. We agree the structure, scope, materials and schedule.

  2. Design and build

We prepare the agreed views, implement them in WordPress and review the content and functionality with you.

  3. Test and launch

We check the agreed pages and functions, publish according to the launch plan and show your team how to manage the site.

Before we begin

Questions worth asking.

Still have a question? Tell us about your situation.

Ask our team
What do you need from us to prepare a proposal?

Tell us about your business, the website’s purpose, the pages and functions you expect, and any existing website. Let us know what text, photographs and brand materials are available, together with your preferred timing and an indicative budget if you have one.

Will we be able to edit the content ourselves?

We agree which WordPress content areas your team will manage, such as service pages, projects or news. Training and any handover instructions are included in the scope agreed for your project.

Are copywriting, photographs and licences included?

The proposal identifies the materials you provide, any content preparation we undertake and the tools included in the build. Paid licences and recurring renewals are listed separately, so you can see both the launch cost and ongoing commitments.

What determines the launch date?

The plan depends on the agreed design, functions, integrations and content, as well as the time needed for your decisions. We confirm the schedule once the scope and required materials are clear. Ongoing maintenance is a separate service after launch.
